We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging.

We understand that you need to try the product to know if it works for your skin; therefore, we accept returns on gently used items.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—at no additional cost to you.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
